The Twelve Linked City Elderly Home was invested by the Zhunger Banner government in 2007 and put into operation on December 3 of that year. It is a public institution under the Zhunger Banner Civil Affairs Bureau. The total investment of the elderly home is 2.6 million yuan, covering an area of 4200 square meters and a building area of 1820 square meters. There are 45 elderly people with five guarantees, including 43 houses for "extremely poor" people, Each indoor area is 18 square meters, equipped with two beds and one 32 inch color TV. In addition, the cultural and entertainment activity room in the hospital is equipped with leisure and entertainment facilities such as yangqin, electronic qin, flute, and books, as well as entertainment facilities such as mahjong, poker, and chess for the elderly. There are also drinking water boiler rooms, public toilets, and sports equipment for the elderly to exercise in the hospital; There are two pig and chicken farms and two greenhouses outside the hospital; After listening to the introduction by Dean Miao Wang, Chairman Chen Bo expressed sincere gratitude to the well-equipped functional services of the nursing home and the elderly being able to take care of themselves here. Subsequently, Chairman Chen Bo handed over the eight bowls of New Year's Eve dinner prepared for all the elderly in the nursing home to the relevant staff, and personally distributed red envelopes for welcoming the New Year and daily toiletries for each elderly person.
